Ni som har Entré centralt installerat hos Aceve (Drifttjänst) kommer att påverkas av detta. Det innebär att från kl. 18.00 – 06.00 lördag 13/12 och från kl. 18.00 – 06.00 söndag 14/20 kommer man INTE kunna logga in på Entré, Portal och EntreNet.

Those of you who have Entré centrally installed at Aceve (Operating Service) will be affected by this. This means that from 18.00 – 06.00 Saturday 13/12 and from 18.00 – 06.00 Sunday 14/12 you will NOT be able to log in to Entré, Portal and EntreNet.

Vi vill informera er om att det planerade underhållet av vår Peppol Access Point, som ursprungligen var planerat till den 6 december 2025 mellan 09:00 och 18:00 CET, har ställts in.

Under detta fönster kommer plattformen att uppleva cirka 1 timmes driftstopp.

Den exakta tidpunkten för driftstoppet inom fönstret är ännu inte fastställd, så var beredd på avbrott i tjänsten när som helst under denna period.

Alla meddelandetyper kan påverkas.

Vi kommer att ge uppdateringar när underhållet börjar och igen när det är slutfört samma dag.

Vi uppskattar ert tålamod och er förståelse medan vi utför detta viktiga arbete för att säkerställa vår plattforms fortsatta tillförlitlighet och prestanda.

We would like to inform you that the scheduled maintenance for our Peppol Access Point, originally planned for 6 december 2025 between 09:00 and 18:00 CET, has been cancelled.

During this window, the platform will experience approximately 1 hour of downtime.

The exact timing of the downtime within the window is not yet determined, so please be prepared for service interruption at any point during this period.

All message types may be affected.

We will provide updates once the maintenance begins and again when it has been completed on the day.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carry out this essential work to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our platform.
